We recently had our roof replaced by Seidel Exterior and were impressed from start to finish. Udo met with us and took the time to inspect the roof, explain our options, and answer all of our questions. He was honest, knowledgeable, and never pushy. The crew arrived on time, worked efficiently, and kept the job site neat throughout the process. They completed the project right on schedule, and the quality of the workmanship is excellent. Our new roof looks great and solid. I also appreciated the follow-up from Udo afterward to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction. We had a new roof installed by Seidel Exterior Group at the end of August. Our communication with Udo went well from start to finish. He was the most thorough and knowledgeable of all the 3 companies we interviewed. His pricing was also the most fair, considering we needed to replace a lot of rotted plywood underneath. Udo informed us of the progress along the way. Their installers worked hard to prevent any damage to our patio and landscaping. When the job, was complete Udo took time to do a walk-around and explain the work that was performed. We highly recommend them!

We had a great experience working with Seidel Exterior Group. They repaired our existing copper gutters and installed Raindrop gutter leaf protection shields. From the start, their estimate was extremely thorough, and their follow-up was excellent. The workmanship was efficient and very well done. We're very happy with the repairs and especially pleased with the leaf protection, which has made a big difference given all the mature trees in our yard. The raindrop option was also a great value for the volume of gutters we needed to cover. Their estimates were the most fair we received and included a variety of options to fit our needs. They were also easy to contact and answered all of our follow-up questions quickly. We highly recommend Seidel Exterior Group!

If you want customer service, call Seidel Exterior. Making decisions by myself for the first time in 50 years, Udo took the extra time (months worth) answering all, probably silly, questions. Always answered the phone and made house visits to make sure I was at ease with the process. Workers showed up on time and finished in one day, they were all very friendly. Prices better than the other 4 estimates. Quality company. If I had another roof Id hire them again.

I'm so pleased with my new windows. Admittedly, I knew very little about windows before researching companies. From my initial consult, Udo was very knowledgeable and not at all pushy. He also was incredibly patient, as I changed my mind a few times during the quoting process, which was appreciated, as this was a big investment for me. Their crew was incredibly efficient and hardworking. Their quality check was thorough and helped me feel confident in the warranty. I could not have had a better experience and am so grateful.

While having a roof replaced can be stressful with quite a few decisions and costly, Udo made the entire process very easy with clear and concise communication. He didn't try to upsell me on projects/repairs I didn't need and the price was very fair.

Udo came by and gave me a very fair estimate for a roof replacement on my ranch house. The crew he sent out was great! They were very professional and were able to complete the job in one day. They also installed a saddle and new flashing around my chimney. I (along with many of my neighbors) think the roof looks wonderful. Udo was always available and able to address my issues. Couldnt be happier with the work from Udo and his team at Seidel! We found them through an inquiry of hardie siding and ended up going with a cheaper option thag offers a similar look and style, but is cheaper and has insulation built in! We have never liked the look of our siding or front door since we moved in and we were finally able to update them! Any issue thay arose, Udo was there to hold our hands and guide us! The village was persnickety as usual (Schaumburg) but Udo and his team worked it out and this is our favorite project and contractor! Can't recommend enough!

Excellent Gutter Work! I had new oversized 6" gutters installed by Seidel Exterior Group, and I'm really impressed with the quality of the work. Udo Seidels team was professional from start to finish, and a special shoutout to Marty, who did the installation. He worked quickly, did a clean and careful job, and the end result looks fantastic. Marty made sure everything was installed with attention to detail, and the system looks built to handle heavy rain and debris. I did a lot of research and had 2 other companies come give us an estimate for replacement of all our windows. Seidel Exterior was right there with another company in price, but we chose Seidel based upon the reviews we read, as well as how easy the process was...no one inside my home trying to sell me windows, just an upfront no pressure way of doing things. Now that our windows are installed, I absolutely love them. Their crew did an great job installing and were easy to work with. I enjoy supporting a local small business as well.

We got a quote in timely fashion. The work was done in a reasonable amount of time and they kept things orderly during the project. They paused over a weekend, and the site was police we'll. We have a couple future projects, and Siedel will be on our short list when the time comes.

Absolutely #1 in terms of quality of work and integrity of the relationship. We were looking to update our traditional siding to the board and batten style, and I'm so glad we did. There were a number of challenges which the installers overcame seamlessly. All trash was removed from the property in a dumpster, which was carefully placed on the property. I believe the price was fair based on the quality of the product and work done by the team.
